XR Rebel Hooper

Declaration

I am trying to mobilise hula hoop dancers to become rebel hoopers as we have a great sense of community and lots of us already care about each other and the world. I have made a hashtag to get this going and hopefully others will be interested in coordinating hoop dance flash mobs.
