Declaration
I paint and do printmaking on environmental issues. Starting out as a plein air artist (who also loves gardening) I developed a strong connection with nature. Out of this grew a series of large-scale figurative environmental paintings that aim to draw a correlation between carbon emissions and natural disasters. I am currently working on expanding this series with images that offer more hope and constructive solutions to help us fight the climate crisis we are facing, specifically in the context of children’s dreams.
