Sarah Macbeth
I am a printmaker, socially responsible designer, researcher and community activist. I predominantly work in the emerging area of the designer as a facilitator alongside citizen designers and their visions for regenerative futures. My design practice is place-based and often participatory. I use design artefacts, DIY making, walking, community organising and research to foster a commons culture. My art practice explores the interconnectedness of all living things.
Declaration
I choose to add my voice to this call for change as I passionately believe in the transformative power of creative practices and the collective voice.
Within my own practices I am working to broaden participation to include marginal groups and the nonhuman world.
