Declaration
I'm a visual artist as well as a bishop of the Church of England now in retirement. I use art as a means of highlighting socio-political themes such as climate emergency and homelessness etc. Currently about to begin a month's interactive Residency with Craven Arts in Skipton, entitled Craven Climate Action to coincide with the dates of COP26. I believe that the arts have an important role in influencing public opinion about Climate Change because people have become bored with words and political slogans and too used to broken promises.
