Declaration
At times I’ve wondered, even anguished about my privilege in being able to maintain a practice in the visual arts whilst the works around me burns. I share the despair of many that my own actions pale into insignificance beside the inaction of corporates and governments, where the real power lies. However I know in my heart that being an artist empowers me to be my best self, and with that strength I can not only make meaningful, personal change, but inspire an informed optimism for the future.
