Our sister museum Verdant Works tells the story of the jute industry in Scotland at a time when Dundee’s skyline was pull of chimneys - no doubt a major contributor to historic emission levels created during the industrial revolution
The team at Dundee Heritage Trust are passionate about doing our bit to help the environment - everything from sites for E bike stations to led lighting - we have a Green Tourism award and are very proud if it. We will be opening a climate change gallery soon to tell our unique story and are keen to work in partnership and learn
